We’ve been baking Kolaches since 2014, bringing a taste of Texas to the heart of Brooklyn. From humble beginnings at pop-ups, farmers markets, and food festivals, we opened our doors on Starr St. in 2020. With your support, we've grown into a community hub, a place to connect over delicious pastries and great coffee.

Our cozy shop is more than just a place to grab a bite. It’s a space for friends to meet, neighbors to chat, and new connections to form. We believe in the power of community and we’re proud to be a part of yours.
