At Kings Kolache, we bring bold Texas flavors to our Brooklyn coffee shop, serving up hand-crafted Kolaches fresh from our bakery.

For those unfamiliar, Kolaches are a Czech-Tex pastry found at road-stops throughout Texas. They are a fluffy bun stuffed with either sweet or savory fillings.

Our kolaches are a modern twist on the traditional treat, incorporating innovative ingredients to bring new life to an old family recipe.

Don’t worry, we still bake old classics like the Blueberry & Sweet Cheese Kolache, but our rotating menu features delicious deviations like the Everything Bagel Kolache, the Toasted Coconut Kolache, and even the Elote Kolache. You can find your favorite with the confidence that every Kolache is made with the highest quality, locally-sourced ingredients.

The same can be said for all of our Texas treats: fresh-made Breakfast Tacos, Chips and Queso, Chili and Frito Pies. We couldn’t really call it a Taste of Texas without bringing you all of the best road-stop snacks, could we?
